Goldfinches are no longer the strangers they once were, they have adapted to garden bird feeding in a big way! However much Goldfinches love niger seed the truth is, that they are really looking for teazle seed. Unfortunately, teazle is just too expensive to feed on its own. However, we’ve found that blending teazle and linseed adds attraction to niger and helps widen its appeal. You’ll still need to feed Goldfinch Food from a niger feeder though.
