The Black Sunflower is often referred to as the high-oil sunflower so with that in mind it's important to feed these sparingly. Protein levels are high, though, so this is a beneficial and sought after bird seed.

great seeds

very clean, chunky seeds, no unwanted stalks, stones or anything. i, the birds and some pesky squirrels are all happy with the seeds, far better than other brands i've tried. the birds plumages looks good, soft and silky, with good colour; the main thing is that they are obviously healthy and happy, on their diet thanks, Haith's x
