We are experiencing high demand for our bird diets and we’ll do whatever it takes to keep a range of everyday essentials available. To do this sustainably, however, I’ve refined, consolidated, and simplified our entire range of bird foods. Doing this will keep the flow of seed efficient and sustainable and allows up to plan for the worst – but hope for the best. We aim to be with you every step of this crisis.
We are an essential provider of bird diets to pet bird-keepers, bird-breeders, zoos and – of course – garden bird enthusiasts and we are committed to helping the nation’s ‘armchair naturalist’ beat the coronavirus isolation and stay connected through nature, which is why we launched our Haith’s Helpline on 0800 298 7054. Our team is fully prepared to work from home and we’ll be monitoring the government’s advice. FedEx and Royal Mail will continue to deliver our goods and do so in a safe manner.
