Well I guess the title of this little blog could be misleading, maybe it could be construed as a new way of covert and accurate baiting in the edge, but sadly this is not the case at all but for sure it’s a great angling edge and one I am going to be using more and more due to its simplicity and effectiveness.
Well having read Adam Roots recent blog (Short Day Success) I was inspired to visit a local water. One of several deep-water quarries along the old route of the A30 in West Devon. Although generally considered a difficult water due to the considerable depths of up to 50 plus feet in places.
I have never had the slightest intention of fishing Robert Raduta’s lake in Romania; not even when the press was being flooded with articles and pictures of huge fish caught in true adventure-style conditions, complete with marauding mice, plague dogs, humans bones and gypsy villages.
