A festival of Robin Red

I doubt if there is anyone reading this who has not heard of the famous Robin Red, arguably the finest carp attractor of all time. Discovered back in the late 60s, the red stuff continues to be effective to this day, as this recent account of a trip to France will show.

I am not 100% sure, but I think that the amazing properties of our unique carp attractor, Robin Red®, was first discovered and then used to astonishing effect by the late Ian Booker, one of the most successful carp anglers of all time. For many years Ian’s captures of big carp from lakes in the Home Counties held the carp world spellbound, and I doubt if anyone has so dominated the big carp scene since.
