How to check the quality of bird food that you are feeding

It is important you provide your birds with a high-quality seed mix as this will ensure they get the correct nutrients and will help keep their feathers, beaks, and general health in good condition.

Some of the cheapest bird food on the market are cheap for a reason - one such reason may well be because they have not been cleaned. We encourage you to think about the harm a dusty bird diet could be doing to your birds before you buy.

All our bird foods are hand-crafted and go through a cleaning process. Our team have years of bird seed blending and cleaning expertise and - as well as being an authority on cage bird seed diets. Each diet we create is made with the love and passion that your birds deserve.

If you want to know how to check the quality of food that you are feeding listen to our budgerigar podcast above, featuring Professor John E Cooper (Veterinary Pathologist) and Chris Snell.
