The enjoyment begins as soon as you open a delicious bag of Golden Chorus ™ you will love the aromatic blend of mixed fruits with crumbly moist softfood (which is 100% edible) but the Robins, Wrens, thrushes, Blackbirds plus tits and finches will love it more. Golden Chorus™ is even popular with Hedgehogs!

"Blackbirds And Hedgehogs Delight." by Eileen Eastham

I'm happy to say that hedgehogs visit my garden every year(so far) and they head straight for the Golden Chorus which pleases me because neighbourhood cats quickly devour any meaty foods.
This mix is also cheaper than your Hedgehog food.

"Ideal Easy To Eat Food" by Bill the bird man
18 Mar 2018
I find this is especially suited to the smaller birds like the robins and wrens, but equally enjoyed by all the birds. I feed a good mug-full of this once a day from a protected feeder, otherwise the starlings will scoff the lot in minutes.

The seed mix is stunningly good. I can almost imagine wht it would be like with a bit of natural yogurt or fresh milk with a sprinkling of sugar or a helping of honey. The food is much welcomed by all my feathered mates.

"Quality Definitely Not What It Was" by Mr&MrsBobby

I have been buying Golden Chorus for about 20 years and I agree with the other reviewer, there is now a huge amount of fine "dust" in the product which no-one eats. It never used to be like this, everything was always eaten. I now don't know whether to bother buying this inferior version again. Please return to your previous method of production for this product!
Not sure if I recommend this product
Haith's customer services:
Dear Mr and Mrs Bobby,
Many thanks for your review of our Golden Chorus, I'm sorry it did not meet our usual standard. I have spoken with Mr Haith and we are now adding more oil to the mix to make it more moist.
If you need any further information please do not hasitate to contact us.
Many thanks

"Not The Best." by anonymous

Fruit and seeds devoured very quickly but finely ground meal residue, of which there is a lot, is left even by the jackdaws.
First Haith's product not to come up to scratch!

An ideal food for all birds from wrens to pheasants they all love it. It is also a staple diet for our group of hedgehogs. Every year we have 5 or 6, both young and adult. I give it top marks for its popularity.
